LONNIE AFFRIME (CEO & CO-FOUNDER)

Lonnie Affrime has extensive experience in political consulting, government, lobbying, community engagement, and public relations management; including running political campaigns, leading grassroots efforts, and working for various political organizations, non-profits, think-tanks, and legislators.

 

He is an expert on U.S. public policy, political campaigns, and strategy. Lonnie is also a former teacher - he taught high school English, Writing, and Debate in D.C. (through Teach for America) and Beijing, China. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Rutgers University with a B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy.


Lonnie is also the COO/Co-Founder of a medical dispensary, as well as the Democratic Policy Center. He also writes/performs political comedy under the pseudonym Leo Ashe.

YIN TONG
YIN TONG (CO-FOUNDER)

Yin Tong has 5+ years of experience in business consulting, information systems management, client administration, and customer service. Also, she has been certified as a Systems Administrator and Platform App Builder by Salesforce, the world’s largest cloud based Customer-Relations Management (CRM) software.

 

She has managed start-up operations and developed technological applications for new product launches. She also worked for a variety of consulting firms and non-profits, and she is enthusiastic about utilizing technology and workflows to improve process efficiency.

 

Yin grew up in Tianjin, China, is fluent in Mandarin, and has a B.A. in Economics from Tianjin University of Finance & Economics.

SCOTT AFFRIME
SCOTT AFFRIME (CO-FOUNDER)

Scott Affrime has an extensive background in public and private accounting. He first served for a decade as CFO of Response USA (known for coining, “I’ve fallen and I can’t get up”), a medical-device company based in Cherry Hill, NJ, where he led the acquisition of 35 companies (with costs in excess of $65 million), and also helped take the company public in 1996. Afterwards, Scott served as the CFO of various non-profits organizations, and in 2004, after completing his graduate degree while in Dallas, TX, he was hired by the Van Tuyl Auto Group — who owned 60 regional dealerships. He later became the CFO of a large Chevrolet store before moving back to New Jersey.

 

Scott would later go on to start his own accounting firm in Cherry Hill that specialized in small business consulting, real estate, venture capital, and financial reporting. In 2011, he became CFO of Lindy Property Management, where he oversaw the financial operations of 31 multi-family properties with > 6,000 units, as well as many other family real estate ventures.

ABRA SAID
ABRA SAID (PARTNER)

Abra Said has extensive experience in nonprofit fundraising, marketing, social media strategy, education, event planning, leadership team training, program management, and consulting; including planning, building and running fundraising campaigns for leading nonprofits in the public education, quality after-school programming, and US Department of Education sectors.

She is an expert on fundraising, marketing, and social media strategy within nonprofits and creative businesses. Abra is a former Director of Development, Manager of Major Gifts, and Program Coordinator, where she managed fundraising campaigns for several top rated, government funded organizations and ran a highly successful, research based, after school program for middle schoolers in the Cleveland Metropolitan School Districts public charter schools. Abra holds a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management & Leadership and a Bachelor’s degree in Family and Child Development and Parent Education, from the University of Akron, and is an internationally certified life coach.

 

Abra is also the Founder + CEO of a Creative Consulting firm, The Space Creative Co. and is a fulltime big sister and cat mom of two.
